AITA for not giving neighbor their mail?

New neighbors moved in a year ago and have been rude and standoffish to everyone on our block. I introduced myself when they 1st moved in and was informed that they weren’t allowed to speak to me (their slumlord) told them that. I started getting mail with their name but with my address on it. I took the mail to them and explained that they had the wrong address, they said they were aware and would be correcting the address. I’ve gotten their packages by mistake a few times and have took the packages to them. Their next door neighbor’s received their package by mistake and instead of going over and asking for the packages, they went over to the neighbor’s house and threatened to whoop a$$ if they did not return the package.

Every time that the crazy neighbor’s get anyone else’s mail by mistake, they take it back to the post office instead of just taking it to the neighbors house. This causes a few days delay because the mail has to be processed back through the main post office which is an hour away.

Today I received the crazy neighbor’s tax forms. I refuse to walk over there and take them their mail. So just like they do me and the other neighbor’s, I will be sending it back to the post office so that it will have to go back to the main office to be processed again.
