Coworker stole over four dozen muffins meant for everyone

So today management got us muffins for reaching our improvement goals.
They made sure to let us know there are enough for everyone to have one, with an extra dozen just in case (we’ve had a few times where people on first lunch eat more than their share or make take home plates leaving not enough for second lunch employees)
They got them out for first lunch and everyone had their fill. I’m on second lunch (two hours later) so I was really looking forward to the free muffin.
When we got in there were just 4 muffins left for 30 people. We immediately went to management and they went to security and found out who it was.
Normally they’d be hush hush about the culprit except a few people already saw her through the windows.
Her name is Trina, and under regular circumstances I wouldn’t bring this up but given the actions I feel it is necessary.
Trina is incredibly morbidly obese, and I’m talking about my 600lb life sized. She’s disabled because of her size so she gets off early multiple times a week because of it.
Today she left early and decided to grab every single unopened box of muffins and carry them to her car before she left. I didn’t see it but some people facing the window near her car did, and they didn’t think to alert anyone because why should they? No normal person steals four dozen boxes of muffins.
These aren’t little ones either, talking sams club muffins.
I don’t even know how Trina will show her face tomorrow. I don’t know what will happen but I am just flabbergasted she even did it; like what’s the end game here?
Management said they’ll get us more muffins Friday, but the fact she did it knowing half of us hadn’t gotten any yet is shameless behavior.
I’m not gonna say anything if she comes back, but there better be some real disciplinary action if she does because if there is anyone I can’t stand it is a thief.
