“Mummy, every time you leave for work, Daddy always brings out one woman to drink his urine from a small red cup.”
I was shocked to my bone marrow as soon as my 12 year old son said those words.
“Junior, what are you saying? Where did you hear that nonsense?” I questioned.
“Mummy, it happens everyday. As soon as you go to work, Daddy brings the woman from under his bed.”
“Stop! Don’t say that again.” I warned him and chased him out of the kitchen.
Could it be it was something he watched in a movie?
Maybe it was a dream but then… I couldn’t stop thinking about it.
The seriousness on his face, the fear in his eyes. I became bothered immediately.
What if Junior was actually saying the truth? What if my husband was really bringing another woman to the house?
To drink his own urine? God forbid.
It didn’t make any sense to me.
But suddenly, I saw something that made me gasp. My jaw dropped as soon as I opened the kitchen cabinet.
Right there was a small red cup, turned upside down.
My goodness! My heart skipped in shock.
We never had a red cup in our house, so where did this cup come from?
Just then, I remembered what my 12 year old son said.
“Every time you leave for work, Daddy always brings out one woman to drink his urine from a small red cup.”
Jesus Christ!
Goosebumps emanated from my skin that very instant.
I brought down the red cup and looked inside it.
I could see some amber colored drops inside it. I placed the cup on my nose, and it confirmed my thoughts immediately.
Those drops inside were urine.
I jumped back in shock, Junior was right.
And I had to find out what was really going on.

The next morning, I prepared and pretended as if I was going to work. I even drove my car out of the gate just to make sure my husband believed I had gone out.
But in less than 5 minutes, I sneaked back inside the house.
Making as little noise as I could.
I tiptoed inside but I paused as soon as I got to my bedroom door.
I could hear voices from inside.
“Drink it quickly, before I bring another one.”
Jesus!
